My mom & I had car trouble on our way to Edmonton from Calgary, so we ended up needing to spend the night in Innisfail. The hotel is pet-friendly (lucky for our little Yorkie travelling with us) and the check-in was quick & easy. The front desk staff (two sisters) were absolutely amazing & so accommodating as our car was ready later than the check-out time but we were not charged for an extra day and encouraged to just relax and enjoy the day inside our room. The room was incredibly clean & the bathroom was spacious. We ended up really enjoying our stay. The free breakfast was a huge bonus - delicious waffles & orange juice! Thank you again to the Days Inn staff !
By FAR the best hotel in town. The manager, Stacey, remembered us and treated us so kindly (as did all the other staff but especially Stacey) from our annual trip to the hotel. You could tell she really cared that you had a nice stay. They were more than willing to accommodate our pet rabbit (yes, we needed to take our rabbit to a hotel). The pool in this hotel is great, and the free breakfast buffet is a HUGE amenity. The food is great and theyve got very extensive choices. I personally love the waffle maker and the sausage! The hotel is very clean. Not a speck of dust was to be found anywhere, not even underneath the beds which really shocked us. The beds and bedding and pillows are all very comfortable. Overall, a really great hotel with the friendliest staff ever!
Great Staff!!!!! Huge rooms very clean. They provided discounts on Discovery Wildlife Park even gave us a coupon book for meals and shopping in the area.They have pet rooms and had dogg treats In the room waiting for us when we arrived.They had a crib in the room as well.We ran out of milk and they Filled the bottle. Also Came with a Free Breakfast but was not the standard Continental It was over the top hot food With real eggs Sausages and more. We a we booked two rooms for $195 They gave us a late Check out for 130 pm at no Additional charge.We are so Greatfull to have found a place that treats you like your family
