I've been with Freeman Insurance for more than 4 years and I must say these are a great group of people. VERY friendly, efficient, and super helpful. I realy feel like they have my best interest at heart as a client.I highly recommend doing business with them.
Staff at the registry desk have been rude every time I have been there.
Having just moved into town and needing some assistance with a registry problem found the 2 separate ladies I spoke with quite rude and ignorant and making me feel like they were not wanting to help me . I will never return to this agency. I would rather drive the 28 km to Red Deer
They need more than one person doing drivers tests. That lady hates me and fails me every time. I apparently didnt stop at a stop sign but for some reason she kept the test going. Automatic fail and the test is over, right? So why did we keep going?
