Friendly helpful service
Took in information on the specific printer I was purchasing toner for, and was sold the wrong one by the person working there. Because the box was open, I am stuck with a $90 toner that I can't ever use. Obviously it is brand new and can be resold, as you can't use a cartridge that doesn't fit in your machine in the first place. Better off driving to Staples, and less expensive as well! Would NOT recommend shopping here!!
