They incorrectly said there was nothing wrong with my hard drive when there clearly was something wrong with it, because i did not download over a terabyte of stuff within a few days. After they charged me a ridiculous price for that "diagnosis", they suggested a new hard drive, which i mistakenly said yes to. When I got my PC back the new hard drive was inaccessible, with almost half of the data from the original hard drive on it, then it proceeded to become corrupt not too long after i got it. It was a waste of money and time, the drive to Red Deer is definitely worth it because they give poor, sometimes incorrect tech advice here, they are also overpriced. Would not recommend.
