TERRIBLE experience. VERY rude man at the counter. The way there system works is to take a ticket when you arrive and when you finish you go to the desk and they scan it to stop the timer you are charged on. Got to the desk with other people waiting who still had not had their ticket scanned. Asked the man politely if he could scan our tickets quick so we wouldn't continue to be charged. He screamed no at me. I scanned mine as I didn't want to continue to be charged while i waited. When I have been there before I have had other employees tell me when they were on the other side of the counter to scan it so it would stop the timer. The man started yelling at me. Called me names, told me i was arrogant, and then told me to have a rotten day. Will not be going there again and wouldn't recommend to anyone. Horrible business practices.
Very dissapointed. Clean but over priced. Don't wast your time they will charge you for taking your floor mats out of you car, for removing some garage from your car because you are being charged the second you roll in. Terrible system and a real scam.
Went through the self wash bays and they were well kept, clean, and no slush and slop in any of the washing stalls, and it was a warm, messy winter day. I took my Mom's Forrester in to wash for her. The facility was very new looking and was well kept. You have the option of a drive through car wash or do it yourself. I took my time and used every single setting and cleaning option. I even cleaned the undercarriage as much as I could with the power rinse. Naturally the car didn't start afterward with all that moisture. They were very helpful and stopped the clock to avoid racking up further charges, Casey the owner even helped boost the vehicle when it didn't start. You will spend more cleaning yourself but if you do a good job your car will look brand new! Going to take another car through the drive through tomorrow and compare. If you're very fast and have strong hands and a good grip on the power wand you can probably wash your own car for 7 - 10 dollars. I played around and spent 40.00! However, a good experience. High praise for Squeeky Kleen Car and RV Wash. Cheers, KA
Went to this carwash when I was in Innisfail. First time going to a squeeky Kleen. Prices are higher then other timed bay carwashes I've been to. Carwash equipment seems to be outdated, could really use replacement. I was able to get the job done but I would not come back here.
Just recently went to wash my vehicle. First off I know how scratches down the side of my door from there brush now being clean, the brush spit out very little foam and then would shoot out massive amount, wand kept shutting off, went to use vacuum and it wouldnt suck anything up anything after 2 minutes. Asked the person in the bay to fix it so I could finished and he said go use another one and walked away and never came back. Talked to the person at the desk saying it needed to be fixed and said it has been working fine. So I wasted my time and money for them to not help fix it and for me tomove bays. Only self serve car wash in town and I will not be back!!!!
