My vehicle was in a deer encounter, was recommended to come here for repairs. This was the best experience I've ever had when dealing with vehicle repairs. The staff were exceptional , very courteous, knowledgeable , and the detailing they did for free was excellent. They went over the vehicle with me and showed me everything that they did. I would strongly recommend this shop for any work that has to be done. 5+
I was sent here by my insurance, which was awesome because they were right in town! When I arrived I was greeted by the wonderful receptionist. She was very helpful and nice. When they came out to look at my vehicle he was very honest and told me everything that was going to have to be done and even gave me some great advice regarding my insurance claim.They made my rental car process a complete breeze, as innisfail doesn't have a rental company I was told I would have to get one in Red Deer, and when I was telling this to CSN they told me that they actually make sure a rental will be there when I bring my vehicle in, and it was! When I picked up the car it was DETAILED!! How amazing is that, not only was my car fixed and looked better then it ever has it was also very clean!! Once again they explained everything that they had to do and explained that the repair is backed by a life time warranty and that I could get it fixed anywhere that there is a CSN which is across the whole country!!We had a great experience and will continue to use Innisfail CSN! I would HIGHLY recommend!!

The service was excellent, Ken went the extra mile and made sure the insurance company was made aware of, and paid for, damages not seen until repairs were started. Just totally impressed with all the staff we dealt with and very appreciative of the good old-fashioned bumper to bumper service we received. We would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone needing work done.
