If I could give less than 1 star I would. I had a reservation for a car rental for this weekend and I got a phone call saying they had no cars at all for 10 days. So they have ruined my plans for a getaway. Thanks for calling me the same day I was suppose to have a rental and not when I made the reservation.
Having a rental location in Innisfail was long overdue. This is fantastic. Went to the video booth kiosk, chatted with a lady on the video screen, got an e-mail, got access to vehicle. Not to mention great daily rates.
