A lot better then Red Deer service.
We have had all our vehicles receive service there for about 5 years now. They always go above and beyond to ensure everything is done precisely, and treat you very much like family. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.
Bought my new truck from them. The sales department is fabulous.However, the service department is extremely subpar. Allyssa is rude and tries to pull the wool over your eyes. She blames others for giving you the wrong information and is exceptionally rude. We have to chase the service department for information and they do not return messages. The front desk does know this and will give you a heads up though. Seems to me that the problem would be solved with a new service manager. I would definitely buy another vehicle from this dealership but I will not be dealing with the service department as long as the current manager is there.
The service department customer service needs some work. I was never updated about my vehicle. I had to chase them down. When i requested a call for an update, my service advisor told me .."im really busy. ... if I don't call you... just call me. " This was after i called and complained that trying to get info about what was going on was like pulling teeth. Week later , vehicle still not done and I had to call to see if my vehicle was even in the shop yet.Disappointing
Easily the most pleasant vehicle purchasing process I've had yet. The team at Innisfail is excellent and worked with me to get me the exact vehicle I needed (I was picky!) at a great price. It could have been difficult buying from Calgary, but excellent and open communication over email/phone/text made the process a breeze. Little perks like delivering my vehicle to my home is a step above. I'd recommend this dealership, and would definitely use in the future.
